J. Carroll Rushing


Mr. Rushing is a majority stockholder and Chairman of Indusa Global. He graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University in 1957 with a degree in Industrial Engineering. His business career began as a chemist with Certain-Teed Products, a producer of asphalt roofing products.

In 1981, he founded EZE Products, Inc. and built that company to $40 million in annual sales. In 1995, Mr. Rushing launched another venture called Shasta Enterprises LLC. Shasta is a holding company and has funded several start-up ventures including Indusa Global, CIT, and Interface LLC for managing chemical inventories, purchasing, and required governmental reporting. Its customers include Delta Air Lines and Northwest Air Lines. In 1998, Interface was recognized as "Small Business Supplier of the Year" by Delta Air Lines.

In 1994, Mr. Rushing established a private foundation, The Rushing Foundation, to address community needs. He is currently serving on the Advisory Council of Furman University, the Foundation Board of Greenville Tech, and is an Executive Board Member for the Society of International Business Fellows, the Caribbean Institute of Technology, and the Blue Ridge Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

Mr. Rushing was state finalist for "Entrepreneur of the Year" award in 1992 and 1993 and was recognized as the "Entrepreneur of the Year" in 1998 by the Society of International Business Fellows. Mr. Rushing is a founding member of the Entrepreneurs' Forum Steering Committee for the Entrepreneurship Program at Greenville Tech.

Jo Ram

COO & VP Product Development

Currently, Ms. Ram handles all operational issues for Indusa Global including Operational Strategy, Finance, Human Resources, Product Development and Client Relationship Management. She is responsible for increasing Indusa’s revenues from $250K to over $10M in 6 years. Ms. Ram has successfully extended Indusa's offerings post 9/11 and the Dot Com demise from Custom Development to the development of a niche tourism and national security solution suite.

Ms. Ram was an integral part in implementing the first fully biometric-based ePassport with facial scans and fingerprints in the Americas for the Government of The Bahamas. On December 22, 2006, The Bahamas Ministry of Foreign Affairs signed an agreement with Indusa Global for supplying ePassports, Machine Readable Visas, five (5) types of eIDs (Work Permits, Permanent Residence Cards, Permit to Reside Cards, Home Owners Cards, and Resident Spouse Cards), as well as a Deportation and Border Management System. This project has been a complex undertaking due to the fact that our teams have been rolling out these systems in 38 locations throughout The Bahamas and eight (8) overseas missions --19 locations in The Bahamas for Foreign Affairs and 19 for Immigration.

For The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Labour & Immigration, Ms. Ram started a small 3-month reporting project which led in to a highly specialized Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Targeted Marketing, and Visitor Tracking implementation.

In 2008, Ms. Ram was a finalist for the Woman of the Year for Women in Technology. In addition, she was co-authored a book on Transportation Security

Being a leader in the technology field, Ms. Ram has also been quoted by industry related media outlets like CRM Magazine, DM Review and Information Week. In addition, Ms. Ram has been invited as a speaker and Subject Matter expert at many National Security and Travel/Tourism conferences.

Ms. Ram has over 10 years of consulting, financial and accounting experience. Prior to joining Indusa, Ms. Ram was employed at MCI Worldcom where she was involved in setting up financial processes for all of MCI's international operating units. Ms. Ram has also worked at Accenture (formerly known as Andersen Consulting) on the Symphony Alliance engagement, a partnership between BellSouth, EDS, and Andersen Consulting and one of AC's largest outsourcing engagements, valued at over US $3 billion. Prior to that, Ms. Ram also was employed as a consultant at KPMG Peat Marwick where she wrote several studies regarding investment opportunities in the Southeast.

As an independent management consultant, Ms. Ram also had large corporate and Governmental clients. Her engagements include developing quality control management software for Ritz Carlton and Hilton Hotels, a financial and operational plan for the rollout of a call center for Bahamas Telecom (BaTelCo), strategy and financial consulting for development funds for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), as well as a business plan for the Caribbean Institute of Technology (CIT) in partnership with Indusa in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

With a Bachelor in Business Administration, Ms. Ram graduated in 1995 from the University of Georgia with a major in Accounting.

Ashish Jhingran

Senior Vice President

Ashish Jhingran, a Commerce and Business Management graduate from India, joined Indusa at the Jamaica office in October 2005. Ashish brings with him a rich experience of multiple years in the functions like sales, marketing & promotions, and operations management including human resources management and office administration. At Indusa Jamaica, Ashish is overseeing the operations of the unit and is involved in streamlining the HR and administrative functions. In addition, he also oversees the functioning of the GUI team at Jamaica.

Ashish’s association with the field of Information Technology started in 2003 as a leading member of a team of professionals who were hired by a leading Information Technology organisation from India to form a panel of interviewers to recruit fresh engineering graduates to work for them.

Prior to joining Indusa, Ashish has worked with various leading organizations in India like Buena Vista TV India, ESPN Star Sports and The Times of India Group and has a hands-on experience of the functioning of multiple media platforms ranging from Print (newspapers & magazines), Television, Radio & Internet. He has led small and large teams with equally successful results at these organisations and has also single handedly set up the operations of a new start-up organisation in India.

S. L. Dugar

Managing Partner – Indusa BPO Services (India) Pvt Limited

Mr.S L Dugar is the Director of Indusa BPO Services (INDIA), Kolkata, the ITeS and BPO Services arm of Indusa LLC. Mr. Dugar was the driving force while setting up the operations for Indusa BPO Services (INDIA ) and is completely hands-on with the Finance, Accounts and Management functionsof the organization.

Mr. Dugar is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (F.C.A.) and Management Consultant. He began his career as an Auditor and Systems Consultant with several Corporate Houses, Banking Institutions, Stock Broking Houses and High Networth Individuals (HNIs) and now has over 15 years of experience in his field of operations. He has served as Statutory Auditor appointed by C.A.G (Comptroller and Auditor General of India, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India) for several nationalised banks for number of years. Mr. Dugar has extensive exposure to Stock Market Systems and its Operations. He has also served as Partner – Director for a major Stock Broking House at Kolkata.

Sundeep Monga

Executive Director – Indusa BPO Services (India) Pvt Limited

Sundep Monga is the Executive Director of Indusa BPO Services (INDIA), the ITeS and BPO Services arm of Indusa LLC. Sundeep has been attached with Indusa BPO Services since its inception and has been instrumental in establishing and setting up of its various operations.

Sundeep, a Qualified Management Graduate with specializations in Marketing and Systems, is presently handling all the Operational Issues for Indusa BPO Services (INDIA) including Operational Strategy, Administration, Infrastructure Management, Human Resources Management & Development, Systems Designing and Client Development and Relationship Management.

Sundeep started as an independent Business Entrepreneur and has over 12 Years experience in the BPO & ITeS industry. He established and ran the operations of his own IT Company, named, UMC Technologies (P) Limited, which later on merged with Indusa BPO Services (INDIA). The company handles more than 75 govt. client accounts in the field of bulk data conversion, data processing and image processing services. He is instrumental in establishing the entire Immigration Cards Processing System for Bahamas Immigration.
